Each order requires 5–7 business days for careful processing and quality checks before shipment. During holiday seasons or special craft fairs (when children create seasonal items), processing may extend to 10 business days. We'll send email updates if delays occur, because we know little artists and their families eagerly await these special creations.
After leaving our workshop, domestic U.S. orders take 10–18 business days via standard shipping. International shipments to Canada, Australia, and Europe require 14–25 business days, allowing extra time for customs clearance of these handmade children's items. We've chosen slower but safer shipping methods to protect delicate floral arrangements and fragile craft materials.
We ship to: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and most European countries. Some remote locations may have restrictions due to customs regulations on plant-based materials.

For special occasions like birthdays or school events, we offer expedited shipping at additional cost. This service uses protective packaging and priority handling to safely accelerate delivery of fragile children's crafts.
Expedited shipping applies only to: (1) Ready-to-ship items (excluding custom-made crafts), (2) Orders placed before noon EST, and (3) Deliveries within the continental U.S. and major international cities where we can guarantee careful handling.
Domestic Orders: 7–12 business days from processing date
International Orders: 10–15 business days to major cities
Given the handmade nature of our products, we offer a 21-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused with original packaging intact. Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on plush toys or wearable crafts.
Some countries may inspect or restrict shipments containing dried flowers or plant materials. While we provide all necessary documentation, any resulting customs fees or delays are the customer's responsibility. Returned international shipments incur a $15 reprocessing fee.
All floral crafts ship in reinforced boxes with "Fragile - Handmade by Children" labeling. During summer months, we include silica gel packets to prevent moisture damage to delicate materials.
