Once processing starts (2–5 business days), cancellations are unavailable—but our return process has you covered.
We want you to love your purchase! Return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery (extended for seasonal Nightclub Style pieces) if they don’t meet your expectations. Late returns (after 30 days) may be denied or subject to a partial refund.
Items must be: (1) unused, unwashed, and free of stains/perfume (critical for Nightclub Style attire), (2) in original packaging with tags attached, and (3) accompanied by the return slip from your order confirmation. Damaged items (e.g., torn Trendy Items) require photos for inspection before approval.
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size/color or a new item of equal value (e.g., swapping a small Nightclub Style dress for a medium). To exchange for a higher-value item, pay the difference; for lower-value, receive store credit. Exchanges ship within 5–7 business days of return inspection.
A $15 return shipping fee applies (waived if the item is defective, e.g., a torn seam in a Trendy Item, or if we made an error, like sending the wrong color Nightclub Style dress). Fees are deducted from refunds unless the return is our fault.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days of return approval. Allow additional time for banks to process (typically 3–5 days). Store credit is available immediately for future purchases of Fashionable New Products or Trendy Items.
Final sale items (e.g., limited-edition Fashionable New Products marked "non-returnable") cannot be returned or exchanged. Underwear, swimwear, and beauty products (if applicable) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
