    Order Processing & Cancellation

    At Solvolas, we carefully hand-pack each floral craft and toy with extra care to ensure safe delivery. Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders require 3-5 business days for processing before shipment. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. After this window, cancellations cannot be accommodated as our young artisans begin preparing materials. We appreciate your understanding as we nurture children's creativity through these special projects.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We stand behind the quality of our children's floral crafts and educational toys. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 21 days of delivery - giving families ample time to enjoy the creative experience. For hygiene reasons, certain personalized items and craft kits with opened components cannot be returned. Exchanges are available for unopened craft supplies or toys of equal value, subject to stock availability in our rotating seasonal collections.


    Return Conditions

    To protect our young customers, all returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging materials intact. For floral crafts, the preservation materials must remain unopened. Craft kits require all original components and instruction booklets. Toys must show no signs of play or assembly. We cannot accept returns showing teeth marks, coloring, or other modifications - these special imperfections often become cherished childhood memories!


    Exchange Conditions

    Exchanges require the returned item to meet all original condition standards. For craft supply exchanges, we'll ship replacement items within 7-10 business days after receiving your return. Due to the seasonal nature of our products, alternative items must be selected from current inventory. If exchanging for a higher-value item, you'll pay the difference; for lower-value exchanges, we'll issue a store credit for the balance.


    Shipping Fees

    A $8 return shipping fee applies to help cover our specialized packaging costs for fragile floral items. This fee is waived if the return results from our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, you'll only need to pay return shipping once per transaction, even if exchanging multiple items. We use eco-friendly packaging materials to align with our educational mission.


    Refunds

    Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14-21 business days after we receive and inspect your return. This extended timeframe allows our quality team to carefully examine each handmade item and craft component. You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is issued. For purchases made with gift cards, refunds will be issued as store credit.


    Special Considerations

    Personalized items with children's names or custom floral arrangements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Seasonal craft kits may have limited exchange availability after holidays. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos for replacement consideration. We cannot accept returns on digital pattern downloads or virtual workshop purchases.
